A bonafide local, Cody Arsens grew up in Oak Bay and is a graduate of Oak Bay High School.

"I was introduced to construction while studying business at Camosun College and opportunities to take on leadership roles for several local construction companies quickly followed."

He attributes his early success to his passion for quality workmanship.  Cody worked up the construction industry ranks to project manager, then site superintendent for a local developer. Armed with business and construction education and extensive experience, starting Carsa Construction Ltd. was a natural next step for Cody.

Cody's dedication to providing his clients with sound advice, innovative designs and quality craftsmanship has led him pursue further construction and contractor formal education in Victoria, Nanaimo, and Vancouver. As a result, Carsa Construction Ltd. can offer clients advice on current industry trends, existing and upcoming building code regulations, new and innovative products including energy efficient solutions and smart home design.
