At this stage CARSA can begin with the preparation of construction drawing and permitting. If some or all these items are already in hand, we are happy to act as a general contractor and project manage from here.

From demolition to white glove service, CARSA prides itself in maintaining clean and safe worksites. Throughout this stage communication is first and foremost. CARSA takes detailed photos at all stages of construction, and provides clients with regard to updates by email or virtual calls and job site visits. Our hands-on approach to construction sees us in regular communication with all trades people to ensure the project moves forward in a timely and efficient manner.
Project Completion
At the conclusion of your build, our team ensures a smooth project completion handoff. We provide detailed documentation, final inspections, and assistance to facilitate a seamless transition of your project.
